WJSA Membership Information
The WJSA is a nonprofit organization founded in 1995 to organize a Jewish Studies conference every Spring at alternating sites in the western United States and Canada. The conference serves as a forum for Jewish Studies scholars in this region to present their research, discuss pedagogical issues, network with colleagues in their disciplines, and share information about the funding and organization of Jewish Studies programs. Members receive a 25% discount to an annual subscription of the Shofar Journal when they subscribe as individuals. Please link to more info on Shofar subscriptions here --> Shofar Subscriptions. Joint Memberships with other national and international Jewish Studies organizations are also available and can be found at the website for the national Association for Jewish Studies.
WJSA Dues and Payment Options
PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR DUES STRUCTURE IS CHANGING AS WE NO LONGER BILL MEMBERS FOR SHOFAR SUBSCRIPTIONS. WE WILL HAVE THAT NEW FEE STRUCTURE POSTED SOON.

As of yet, the WJSA Website is not able to accept credit card payments. You may download and print our WJSA Membership Form and mail it to us with a check, OR you may pay your dues online to us at the website for the AJS (see below).
